(l-r Lane Cardwell - Cardwell Hospitality, Scott Shaw - Fishbowl Marketing, Patti Colley - ORA)
Lane Cardwell, of Cardwell Hospitality and Scott Shaw of Fishbowl Marketing were the featured speakers at this year's TulsaFest, held in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in downtown Tulsa, OK. TulsaFest is a conference created by the Oklahoma Restaurant Association for people in the restaurant business and for people (like us) who serve people in the restaurant business. Lane Cardwell spoke in both the morning and afternoon sessions while Scott Shaw was the luncheon keynote.
Lane Cardwell's topics were "15 Things I've Learned (a.m. session) and "What the Big Chains Are Doing in 2009" (p.m. session). Scott Shaw's luncheon topic was "How To Connect with Customers Outside of Your 4 Walls."
This blog post is a collection or archive of all the Tweets sent out via Twitter during the TulsaFest seminars. Many thanks to Patti Colley and her colleagues at Oklahoma Restaurant Assoc as well as the two speakers for letting us participate in this interactive and fun way.
The tweets are listed by speaker.
