I thought this new billboard turned out very well. It's helping us celebrate 75 years in the linen business. I'll have some video for you to look at soon.
This is the first time we have used a QR Code on one of our billboards and I can see us doing more of this. The QR Code in the picture above should be big enough to scan with your smartphone. You can get the Microsoft Tag iPhone app at http://gettag.mobi
Many thanks to Keleher Outdoor Advertising for getting this billboard put up so fast.

If you are a reader of this blog for any period of time, you know we seldom put the sales pitch to anything that we do. We have been careful in the social media space to develop relationships and practice listening.
But I think I have made a big mistake in not doing a better job of letting you know what we have to offer. How else are you going to know why we exist unless we come right out and tell you? This goes for our current customers as well as those who are looking for a company to fill this need. So please allow me 293 words to show you how we are able to help your business where facility services is concerned.
10. Your Account Online - to help you manage your invoices and find out info about your account, when you want it, 24/7. To use this feature, call us or send an email to admin@unitedlinen.com letting us know you want to use this feature and we will set you up.
That's all the high spots. As always, if you have any questions or need more information about anything that we do, please let me know in the comments below.
Several years back United Linen had the honor of being written about by Shel Israel in his book, Twitterville and below is one of the many pictures I took while attending the Twitterville book launch.
In Twitterville, he picked up on the aspect of United Linen being an older business that is still creative and innovative in it's approach to probelm solving and customer service. Shel is now writing another book and also writing for various publications including American Express's @OPENforum. Shel is following up on several companies he profiled in Twitterville for the OPENForum column, including ours. To see the article, click on the link below.
