Several years back United Linen had the honor of being written about by Shel Israel in his book, Twitterville and below is one of the many pictures I took while attending the Twitterville book launch.
In Twitterville, he picked up on the aspect of United Linen being an older business that is still creative and innovative in it's approach to probelm solving and customer service. Shel is now writing another book and also writing for various publications including American Express's @OPENforum.
