You guys know Jamie. He's shown up in other vids in the past. In this one, Jamie helps explain why it's a good idea to put linen in the linen bags provided by United Linen.

Today we help Nancy Cranor celebrate her 51st birthday. She didn't have to give it up, but being the trooper that she is, hey, it's just another number to add to the win column. She is the VP of IT here at United Linen & Uniform Services and has been with us for 32, going on 33 years. That's a tremendous amount of napkins, tablecloths and uniforms she has helped push through the system over the years.
Today we are also rolling out the bagged towel concept that we introduced you to not too long ago. We are rolling this out to all of you who take grill towels and shop towels. This is a tremendous way to help keep the towels clean in transport and during storage as well as a number of other advantages. But we would like to hear from you on this. If you have likes/dislikes/concerns about the bagged towel program, we would like to hear them.
Lastly, Lara Dickson (@twit4restos) has come out with a great little ebook that I think restaurants are going to find very, very helpful regarding setting up a Twitter account and how to use Twitter to increase traffic to your restaurant.
As always, feel free to leave comments and criticisms below.

There's alot to be said for loyalty, dedication and hard work. Several days ago, we had an interview with one of United Linen's long-time employees, Area Manager Bryon Long, (click here to see the vlog post) and today, we take a minute to show the presentation of Bryon's 20 year service award by Mat Saddoris, President/Owner of United Linen.
Do you cook less from scratch than you used to? Based on The Chronicle article mentioned in the video, you are spending more on processed foods, pre-packaged foods and at restaurants, than you have in the past. That's good news if you're in the restaurant business or service the restaurant industry (like us with tablecloths, napkins grill towels, etc).
Thanks in advance for your comments, suggestions, ideas and feedback.
